Cancellations and Refunds
If it is necessary for you to cancel a reservation prior to 60 days before the rental date, every effort will be made to re-rent the property for the entire period of the original booking. If the property is fully re-rented a refund will be made, less a cancellation charge of 10% of the original reservation. If we are unable to re-rent the property, your deposit will be returned less a $500.00 processing fee.
If you cancel your reservation less than 60 days before check-in, you will forfeit your full payment unless the villa is re-rented. This refund will be less a $500.00 processing fee.
